Established in 2017 following the ideas of chef Mara Allevi and sommelier Giovanni Petitto


Radicibus literally means food from the roots.

We are an indipendent italian eatery offering traditional Italian food in a contemporary style, paying particular attention in choosing the best organic Scottish and Italian ingredients.

We currently offer a 5 or 7 courses tasting menu.

The pasta is handmade on site following the Italian tradition of pasta making, the extra virgin olive oil used comes from an organic producer in Offida (Marche), the artisan cured meats are directly imported from Montemonaco (a small village in the Marche region) and the wines are carefully selected from small artisan producers from the best Italian wine regions

If you have any allergy, intolerance or any dislike related to our menu, please tell as in advance as we will not be able to make any change on the day of the booking. We have gluten-free options upon request. 

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that there will not be contamination in our free-from dishes.
