Established in 2017 following the ideas of chef Mara Allevi and sommelier Giovanni Petitto, 

Radicibus offers traditional Italian food in a contemporary style, paying particular attention in choosing the best organic Scottish and Italian ingredients.

The pasta is handmade on site following the Italian tradition of pasta making, the extra virgin olive oil used comes from an organic producer in Offida (Marche), the artisan cured meats are directly imported from macelleria Corona in Montemonaco (a small village in the Marche region) and the wines are carefully selected from small artisan producers from the best Italian wine regions.
